I am Priyanka Ahuja and 23 years old. I am looking for 1 room flat in Vaihingen area. From October 2023, I will be studying masters in computer science from University of Stuttgart, which is why I am looking for a new home in Stuttgart.
I am interested in the one room flat, furnished with kitchen, and the relatively short commute to the university of Stuttgart. I believe I would be the perfect tenant because, even though I enjoy socialising, I like my home to be a peaceful place. I am also learning German.
