Ich bin Studentin an der Hdm Stuttgart und suche nach einer Wohnung unter 1000,- warm für mich.
Falls nicht direkt an Studenten vermietet wird ist eine Bürgschaft über einen Elternteil kein Problem.
(Meine WG wird leider aufgelöst, da die Wohnung auf Eigenbedarf weiter genutzt wird. Für eine Mehrzimmerwohnung die ggf teurer ist hätte ich also auch noch potenzielle Mitbewohner :D)
