Ich vermiete meine Wohnung für den angegebenen Zeitraum, da ich ein Praktikum in einer anderen Stadt machen werde. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, jedoch in einer ruhigen familien Gegend, wo es an den sonnigen Tagen sehr angenehem auf dem Balkon wird, da die Mittagssonne drauf scheint. Zum nächsten Nahkauf sind es zu Fuß 2 Minuten, zur nächsten Bushaltestelle ebenfalls 2 Minuten, zum Hauptbahnhof zu Fuß 10 Minuten und in die Innenstadt 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Ich suche eine Person, die beide Monate in der Wohnung verbringen wird. Außerdem suche ich eine verantwortungsbewusste Person, die auf Sauberkeit achtet und gut mit den vorhandenen Dingen in der Wohnung umgeht. Bei Fragen stehe ich stets zur Verfügung.
