Ich suche einen Nachmieter zum 01.04 für meine 1-Zimmer Wohnung (ca. 18m²) in Vegis Studentenwohnheim, Am Trimmelter Hof 93.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und ruhig. Sie verfügt über ein Badezimmer und eine Einbauküche. Das Zimmer ist auch voll möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Schreibtischlampe, Kleiderschrank, Nachttisch und Regalen). Sie befindet sich im 2. OG. Eine Waschmaschine, ein Trockner und ein kleines Kellerabteil sind im Haus.
Sie ist nur 10 min zu Fuß von der Uni entfernt. Eine Bushaltstelle liegt vor der Tür und fährt direkt in die Innenstadt. Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Edeka, DM) sind nur 10 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Miete beträgt 285 alles inklusiv (Strom, Wasser und Kabelanschluss).
Die Wohnung kann nur an Studenten vermietet werden.
