Ich ziehe aus meiner netten 1-Zimmerwohnung im Viertel Schönblick aus. Die Wohnung ist schön, hell und ruhig. Sie verfügt über eine kleine Küche mit Herd, Kühlschrank und Backofen sowie über ein kleines Badezimmer. Die Räume sind durch einen Flur verbunden, in dem sich eine Ablage zum Verstauen von Gegenständen befindet. Ausserdem gibt es einen Garten, der mitbenutzt werden kann.
Die Wohnung kann ab 15.8. unmöbliert und unbefristet gemietet werden!

I'm leaving my lovely 1-room apartment in the district of Schönblick. The apartment is nice, bright and quiet. It has a small kitchen with a stove, refrigerator and oven as well as a small bathroom. The rooms are connected by a corridor which contains some storing space. Moreover, there is a backyard which can be used.
The apartment is unfurnished and can be rented indefinetely from 15.8.
Die Wohnung liegt zwei Minuten zu Fuss von der Bushaltestelle "Niethammerstrasse" (Bus 4) entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle "Hausserstrasse" (Bus 6) liegt nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Die Max-Planck-Instiutte sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Treff3000, Rewe) befindet sich in Laufdistanz. Die Strasse ist sehr ruhig und es gibt wenig Verkehr. Dadurch ist es eine perfekte Wohnung für Menschen, die sich zu Hause ungestört konzentrieren wollen.

The apartment is located two minutes on foot from the bus stop "Niethammerstrasse" (bus 4). The bus stop "Hausserstrasse" (bus 6) is only 5 minutes away. The Max Planck Institutes can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Shopping possibilities (Edeka, Treff3000, Rewe) is located in walking distance. The street is very quiet and there is little traffic. This makes it a perfect apartment for people who want to concentrate and be undisturbed at home.
