Wohnheimzimmer mit eigenem Bad/ 1-bedroom apartment with own bathroom

Ich suche einen Untermieter für mein Wohnheimszimmer im WHO bis Mitte September. Die Wohnung besitzt ein eigenes Badezimmer, jedoch wird die Küche mit dem Stockwerk sich geteilt. Das Zimmer besitzt 1 Bett mit Matratze, 1 Schreibtisch, 1 Stuhl, 1 kleinen Tisch, 1 Schrank und 6 Regalbretter. Das Bad besitzt 1 Dusche, 1 Toilette, 1 Waschbecken, 1 Spiegelschrank. Die Wohnung würde ich für 300€ warm vermieten. Strom, Wasser und Internet sind inklusive. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden, müssen sich aber mit dem Haus geteilt werden. Die Fotos sind von der Website vom Studierendenwerk, aber das Zimmer sieht ähnlich aus.

I am looking for a subtenant for my dorm room in WHO until mid september. The apartment has its own bathroom, but the kitchen is sharedwith the floor. The room has 1 bed with mattress, 1 desk, 1 chair, 1 small table, 1 closet and 6 shelves. the bathroom has 1 shower, 1 toilet, 1 sink, 1 mirror cabinet. I would rent the apartment for 300€. Electricity, water and internet are included. A washing mashine and dryer are available, but must be shared with the house.
The pictures are from the website of the student dorm, but the apartment looks similiar.
