In meinem Haus (DHH) auf dem Waldhäuser wird ein kleines Einlieger-Appartement frei, da der Student nach Stuttgart wechselt. Es ist eines von zwei Studenten-Appartements, die direkt vom Garten aus zugänglich sind. 24 m2, kleine Küche, kleines Bad, möbliert, allerdings ohne (!) Waschmaschinenanschluss (Einbau nicht möglich!). Miete (390€) u NK (100 €); gesamt 490,00 €. Kaution in gleicher Höhe.
Entfernung von Bushaltestelle 'Engelfriedshalde' ca. 5 min. -
Wird Ende September frei.
Im Haus wohnt meine Tochter mit 14-jährigem Sohn und Hund.
Ich möchte das Appartement gern langfristig vermieten.
Bei Interesse könnte ich die Kontakt-Daten des jetzigen Studenten weitergeben, damit das Appartement angesehen kann; ich selbst wohne nicht in Tübingen.
