Die Wohnung ist recht klein, besitzt aber alles was man zum wohnen braucht.
Die Küche ist möbiliert und eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden.
Die nächste Haltestelle ist genau gegenüber auf der Straßenseite (ca. 1 Minute Fußweg entfernt). Ansonsten ist der Netto und NP auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt (ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß).
Vor dem Haus ist eine große Parkfläche wo man parken kann. Internet ist nicht im Vertrag mit bei, muss also selbst zugebucgt werden oder man nutzt das WLAN der Mutter des Vermieters, die btw mit im Haus wohnt und zahlt dafür monatlich. Im Haus wohnen ansonsten noch 3-4 weitere Leute. Das Wohnzimmer welches sich im Flur befindet, kann von allen genutzt werden.
