The room is big and modern.
Since I have found a room in Köln I'm looking for someone who can take over this appartement for the rest of my contract which is till end of April.
The total rent is 756 which includes heating costs and Internet . Because I am moving out and I have to pay the rent anyway we can discuse if you want to pay less.
Just visit the room and you will love it.
There is a netto shop just beside the building and you can reach a bus stop in about 8 min. Stop Wesseling is about 13 minutes by foot and from there you can be in Bonn hbf in 15 min and in 18 min you are in Köln Clodwigplaz where there are lots of shops and bar.
The Building has a Big beautiful garden which is very romantic and if you are into sports you can use the fitness room of the building for free.
Close to the building there is swimming pool and a gas station.
