Hier erst mal die deutsche Zusammenfassung..if you want to read it in English, scroll down :)
Da ich im September nicht da bin, möchte ich meine geliebte Wohnung für einen Monat untervermieten.
Hier ein paar Infos zur Wohnung:
Die Wohnung ist hell und zu einer Seitenstraße des Währinger Gürtels ausgerichtet. Auf den Fotos steht vor den Fenstern ein Baugerüst, das aber nicht mehr da ist :)
Es gibt ein großes Zimmer, das in einen Schlafbereich und eine Wohnküche unterteilt ist.
Aber seht euch einfach die Bilder an, die sagen mehr als tausend Worte ;)

As I am not going to be in Vienna in September I want to subrent my flat for one month.
The apartment is bright and the windows open to a side road of the Währinger Gürtel. The scaffold which you see on the pictures is not there anymore :)
There is one big room that is divided in a sleeping area and a combined kitchen and living room. But see for yourself on the pictures.
Zu der U6 Nussdorferstraße dauert es zu Fuß ca 3 Minuten, zu den Straßenbahnen 37, 38, 40, 41, 42 dauert es ca 7 Minuten. 5 Minuten entfernt ist der Währinger Park. Zum Türkenschanzpark, der etwas größer ist, dauert es zu Fuß ca eine halbe Stunde und mit den Öffis kommt man innerhalb von 15 Minuten zum Pötzleinsdorfer Schlosspark, wo man super spazieren gehen kann.
Das Allgemeine Krankenhaus ist auch nicht weit weg und die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ungefähr 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Generell ist die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen :)

The flat is in the centre. You need three minutes to the metro and 7 minutes to the trams. The Währinger park is nearby and other opportunities to go for a walk can be reached within 30 minutes by foot or quicker, if you use a tram :)
The general hospital is close and it takes you about 10 minutes to the nearest super market.
