De: Ich suche eine/n NachmieterIn für mein Studentenwohnheimzimmer im The Fizz Hauptbahnhof. Das Wohnheim liegt 5 Gehminuten vom Hauptbahnhof (U1, S-Bahn, Nah- sowie Fernverkehr) in einer schönen und modernen Gegend (Sonnwendviertel). Vor dem Gebäude ist ebenfalls eine Straßenbahnstation (Linie D), sowie eine Bushaltestelle (69A).
Billa, Hofer, Spar, dm sowie eine Apotheke liegen alle innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten.
Das Zimmer ist komplett eingerichtet. Man hat ein eigenes Bad und eine eigene Küche. Die Gemeinschaftsräume wie Wäscheraum, Sportraum, TV-Room, Billiardroom, Fahrradparkplatz, Dachterasse, Gemeinschaftsküche und Raucherberreich können mitbenutzt werden.

Die Nachvermietung erfolgt über das Fizz. Es wird ein neuer Vertrag im Namen des/der Nachmieters/Nachmieterin erstellt. Dieser läuft dann für ca. 1 Jahr (31. Aug.) kann aber jederzeit verlängert werden.

Eng: I‘m looking for a new tenant for my dorm room in The Fizz Hauptbahnhof. The doorm is located close to the main station, approximately a 5 minute walk. (Wien Hauptbahnhof: U1, S-Bahn, Trains, Trams, Bus). The area is very modern and clean. The dorm has been built in recent years. Shops, cafes and restaurants are all in walking distance.
The room is fully furnished, ground floor with access to a private terrace. The room has a private kitchen and bathroom. Community spaces like rooftop terrace, smoking area, community kitchen, pool and kicker table, sports room, laundry room, tv-room, bike parking and rooftop terrace can of course be used.

The rooms are fully booked at the moment, but through being my new tenant, you recieve a new contract offer from the Fizz. The contract duration is around 1 year (31. aug.) but can be extended if needed.
