Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem direkt im Zentrum vom ersten Bezirk. Das Haus befindet sich in einer kleinen, unbefahrenen Einbahnstraße nahe dem Schwedenplatz und dem berühmt berüchtigten Stephansplatz.
Direkt um die Ecke gibt es einen Spar, einen DM, Billa, Bipa, etliche Restaurants, Imbissstände, Starbucks, HardRock Cafe ...etc.. auf jeden Fall alles was das Herz von jungen Studenten und Praktikanten begehrt!
Die Ubahn ist zu Fuß in nur 3 min. erreichbar - U4, U1, U3 und die Straba 1 u. 2 !!
Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sie bietet alles was man ebenso benötigt:
Die Küche ist komplett mit allen Küchenmaschinen ausgestattet (Herd,Ofen,Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle).
Der Wohnraum ist groß und in eine Schlaf- und Schrankecke bzw einen Couch/Wohnbereich geteilt. Es gibt eine kleine Couch mit Couchtisch, Mini-Fernseher mit DVB Antenne, Schreibtisch, Kommode mit einem einen wunderschönen Spiegel, ein 1,40m Doppelbett, Kleiderstange und 1 schmalen Kleiderschrank für Faltkleider.
Das Bad ist klein aber fein, es gibt ein offenes Regal mit genügend Stauraum.
Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich ein Schuhschrank und Kleiderhaken.
Kommt vorbei und schaut es euch einfach selbst an.
Die Miete beträgt all inklusive: 650€ , Kaution 250€ auf VB
(dh Strom, Heizung und Wasser sind dabei)

I am renting my lovely studio in the first district of Vienna.
Its based in the center and perfect located, 3 minutes to the tram and metrostation, 1 minute to a supermarket, 2 minutes to the shoppingstreet and very quiet in a one-way street.
15 minutes to Main University and WU Wien.
I have a complete kitchen, dish washer, fridge and freezer compartment, cooker, oven, toaster, microwave and all cooking equipment.
The living - and sleepingroom is bright and has big windows
furniture: tall bed, 1 wardrobe ,couch, TV, mirror and desk-
bathroom: fully equipped, no washing machine though!
