home4students Shared Room in Boltzmanngasse

Hello!

~ First of all, let me tell you that this room is in home4students Dormitory. Therefore, only people already enrolled in the ongoing academic year or people attending a German language course for that purpose are allowed. ~

I am leaving before my contract expires, and home4students will declare my contract null if i manage to find another lodger. Normally, home4students have rather long queues for this very small but cozy dormitory, but if you contact them through me, you will immediately receive the room! Yay! ^_^

So, the room is a shared room, your roommate will be a friendly and quiet Ukrainian, Andrij. You will have your own desk and book shelves, and plenty of cupboards. You will also have your very own wardrobe.

The bathroom is of course shared with your roomate. It´s small but gets the job done. Most importantly, hot water will never be a problem, and so all your showers will definitely be enjoyable.

The dormitory is outfitted with a Party room (where your fellow lodgers will gather, every now and then), a small but functioning Fitness room, washing machine&clothes dryer, and lot in the backyard for your to safely store your bike, should you have one.

Each floor has its own kitchen, and you will be sharing it with the other lodgers. In the kitchen, there´s everythign you could possibly need: electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven. In the kitchen, you will have your own cupboard (with electronic lock), as well as a fridge(with electronic lock) shared by you, Andrij, and another lodger.

Other than that, you will have to bring your own towels, sheets, pillow(s), blanket, duvet, and duvet cover.
