Hello,
im renting my room in 8th district (centre) between 15th July - 30th September. The room is 13m2 on 7th floor single room. Bath and wc is inside of the room, just the kitchen is common of 7th floor.(there are everything you need also tv, radio )
Here is a student dorm which has a terrace on 10th floor and on 1st floor there is a big room that u can play billards chill and watch sth (also playstation). What i love is the location of the building, it takes 5 mins to go to Rathaus & Volkstheater by walk.

You can take these lines to reach here; Bus 13A (3mins), trum 2-5-46 and 33 (5 mins), U2 Rathaus (5 mins) , U3 Volkstheater (5 mins). There is also a night line N72
It will be calm in summer time because most of students wont be living here. If you dont like student dorms i tell you that you wont feel like you are living in a dorm. Actually in summertime here changes into a hotel that foreigners coming and renting the rooms at least 500€ per month but this year it changed so im renting my own room with the real price.
