Da ich Ein Semester im Ausland studieren werde, wird vom 16.01 bis 15.07 ein gemütliches Zimmer in einer hellen 3 Zimmer Wohnung frei. Das Zimmer hat 13,25 qm und ist möbliert - Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und Regale bleiben im Zimmer.
Das gemeinschaftliche Wohnzimmer ist sehr sonnig und heimelig, der Balkon in den Innenhof ist in der wärmeren Jahreszeit ein sehr angenehmer Ort um zu entspannen, zu grillen oder ein bisschen zusammenzusitzen und anzustoßen.

As I will be studying abroad for one semester, a cosy room in a bright 3-room flat will be available from 16.01 to 15.07. The room has 13.25 square metres and is furnished - bed, desk, wardrobe and shelves remain in the room.
The communal living room is very sunny and cosy, the balcony overlooking the inner courtyard is a very pleasant place to relax in the warmer months, have a barbecue or sit together and have a drink.

Die Straßenbahnlinie 46 ist in einer Minute erreichbar, die U-Bahn station Thaliastraße ist 7 Minuten entfernt. Supermärkte sowie ein Markt sind in Gehweite und Im Haus befindet sich ein 24h Automat.

The tram line 46 can be reached in one minute, the underground station Thaliastraße is 7 minutes away. Supermarkets and a market are within walking distance and there is a 24-hour vending machine in the building.
Du wirst dir die Wohnung mit einem netten 24 Jährigen Studenten teilen. Uns ist ein Kennenlernen sehr wichtig, damit eine harmonische Wohnsituation ermöglicht wird. :-)
