Neben dem Bahnhof befindet sich der Busbahnhof (SEV). WG-Eignung ist wichtig, da eines der beiden Zimmer an 2 studentinen vermietet ist Zentrale Lage der Wohnung in OF. Krankenhaus in der Nähe. Parkmöglichkeit 5 Min entfernt vor dem Postamt. 10 Min. bis zum Wald. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Penny, REWE, KIK, Deutsche Post, Packstation). Schöner großer Park in der Nähe!
Wunderbar zentral in OF, nähe Bahnhof und Innenstadt aber auch nähe Krankenhaus. Parks und Waldrand schnell zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig. Gute ÖPNV-Anbindung (S2, S8, S9, RB, RE, IC). Schnelle Verbindung nach Frankfurt! :)
Besonderheit: es gibt einen Mitbewohner, der das zweite Zimmmer gemietet hat, allerdings nur ein WE im Monat anwesend ist.
