das zimmer ist 20qm gross, verfügt über holzdielen, einen separaten ausgang, eine kleine kochgelegenheit mit kühlschrank, waschbecken und ein hochbett. bei bedarf können kommode, schreibtisch, sessel und stuhl zur verfügung gestellt werden.
es gibt ein geräumiges bad mit badewanne und eine nette wohnküche.
wenn das zusammen wohnen gut klappt, kann das zimmer auch länger gemietet werden.

the room has a wooden floor, a separate entrance, a little fridge, a stove, a sink and a loft bed. there is also a table, a chair, an arm chair and a dresser , that you can use in case you don't have own furniture.
a nice kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with large bathtub and washing machine can be shared.
if the living together works out fine, the room can be rented for a longer time.
unsere etage befindet sich im herzen kreuzbergs.
die umgebung ist sehr lebendig mit gartenrestaurants, cafés und kneipen. viel grün und wasser bieten sich zum spazieren gehen, joggen und radfahren an.
in unimittelbarer nähe befinden sich die U1, U8 und U7, sowie verschiedene busse.
Our loft is located in Kreuzberg. Our street is lively with garden restaurants, cafes and pubs. At the same time you can relax. There is a lot of green space and water for walking, jogging and bicycling.
Within a short walking distance are the U1, U8 and U7, as well as different busses.
wir (zwei frauen, ein mann)+3 kinder ( 12, 11 und 5) suchen nach weiblicher verstärkung für unsere lebendige non zweckwg. (keine paare)
wir essen öfters zusammen, und geniessen die mischung aus geselligkeit und privatsphäre.
