Hallo Leute,
zur Zwischenmiete wird ein Zimmer in unserer 3-er WG wird frei!
Das Zimmer hat 3,8 x 3,2 m mit Parkettboden. Die Wohnung ist etwa 140qm groß, hat ein helles Wohnzimmer, eine vollausgestattete Küche (großer Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Fritteuse) und einen netten kleinen Garten, in dem wir im Sommer oft grillen :) Außerdem haben wir noch 3 Kellerräume mit einer Werkstatt sowie einem von uns eingerichteten Fitness-Raum. Das Zimmer ist möbliert, kann bei Bedarf aber auch unmöbliert gemietet werden.
Ein Netto ist zu Fuß 5 min weg, Haltestelle Beckstraße (K-Bus) 5 min, Sparkasse 7 min, Woog 10 min, Haltestelle Herdweg (Linie 9) 4 min. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 min in der City und in 7 min an der Lichtwiese ;) Ruhige Lage, Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden.
Wir sind zwei Studenten der Materialwissenschaft, mittlerweile im vierten Master-Semester. Wir kochen oft zusammen, hocken vor der Glotze oder studieren auch mal :)
