I would like to sub-let my studio in September. It has it's own bathroom (toilet and shower) and kitchenette (including two hot plates, a good sized sink, cabinets, and fridge with freezer compartment). Furnishings include a bed with mattress, a large desk and chair, spacious and good quality wardrobes and bookshelves. Heating, electricity and internet is included in the rent. It is small but very well designed and is perfect for one person. The studio is well kept and clean.
The studio is located in the Studentenstadt student dormitories right next to the Studentenstadt Station (U6). Buses 177, 181, 231,233, 50 and SEVU6 also go through this station. You would have direct access to both the Garching campus of TUM, the central campus of TUM and the LMU through the U6 line. Also you can reach Marienplatz in 11 minutes with the U6.
The location is perfect for students with plenty of student activities going on in the vicinity. Right outside the building there are bistro type eateries, drink shop and so on. The building is only a few minutes walk to the Englische Garten. The famous Manhattan bar is located on the top floor of the same building.
Washing machines and dryers are located in the building at various floors. The top floor of the building has a brilliant view over the city.
Please Note:
1: This is a short term lease, for less than ONE MONTH. The Octoberfest is during this period.
2. The rent covers the whole period between 24.09.14 to 29.09.14. But we can also arrange for rent per night with a minimum stay of 4 or 5 nights in which case the rent will be 70 to 80 Euros per night depending on how long you would like to stay.
