Hello. I just rented a place at Findorff in Starnbergerstr. 20 min to university (by bus 28), 5 min to city center (by bus 26 and 27), 15 min to Burgerpark (by walking) and just 30mts to Edeka and Donerhaus. It has one bathroom with tub and kitchen, which are quite enough and the room is about 15-20 m2 with a large window. Room itself has no furniture but we can arrange sth. The rent is 232.5 euro + electricity + gas + internet that costs about maximum 320 euros for each person on winter. Also I am not planning to take a deposite. Shortterm contracts will be accepted.
