Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 5 Laufminuten von der U-Bahnstation Zoo und der U/S-Bahn-Tramstation Konstablwerwache entfernt. In 5 Laufminuten durch den Park hinter dem Haus befindet man sich auf der Berger Straße. Man hat in unnmittelbarer Nähe den Zugang zur Einkaufstrasse Zeil, und die Berger Straße mit ihren Kneipen, Restaurants, Bars und das quirlige Leben in Bornheim sind direkt um die Ecke (Merianplatz = 5 Laufminuten).
Trotzdem ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen.
Als Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bieten sich der Wochenmarkt Konstablwerwache an (2 mal die Woche, 5 min Fussweg), außerdem gibt es verschiedene Supermärkte, alle in 5-10 Laufminuten erreichbar.
I’m a relaxed and down to earth person who likes to cook occasionally and usually spends much time outside meeting friends, exercising or travelling. Having lived abroad in multiple countries myself I would call myself an international mind. If I’m not out or on the road I’m always down for having a beer, wine, cooking sessions over interesting conversations.
Cleanliness is a must for me so I´d like us to invest in a professional cleaning person.

Du bekommst eine Mitbewohnerin, die viel unterwegs ist, gerne Sport treibt, und gerne Leute trifft. Wenn ich nicht unterwegs bin, bin ich gerne auch für ein gemeinsames Bier/Wein/Kochen und interessante Gesprächen zu haben.
Da mir Sauberkeit sehr wichtig ist, würde ich gerne ich eine Putzfrau investieren.
