Hallo liebe Zimmersuchenden,
da unsere Mitbewohnerin ihr Studium in Mainz beendet hat, wird ein Zimmer in unserer tollen WG frei. Es ist 10 m² groß und durch die Südseite immer schön hell.
Die Wohnung hat eine gemütliche Wohnküche und ein frisch renoviertes Bad.
Sie liegt super zentral, zum Hauptbahnhof sind es zu Fuß zwei Minuten und in die Innenstadt 10 Minuten. Aldi, Penny, Rewe und alles was man sonst noch so braucht gibt es direkt um die Ecke. In der Miete von 260 Euro ist alles (auch Nebenkosten, Internet und Telefon) enthalten.
Du solltest nett und aufgeschlossen, aber auch rücksichtsvoll sein, nicht nur eine reine Zweck-Wg suchen und dich an den Putzplan halten.
