Die Wohnung wurde vor 1,5 Jahren komplett saniert, hat wunderschöne Holzdielen, hohe Wände und große Fenster, ein sehr großes Bad mit einer traumhaften Dusche und zwei Waschbecken, ein separates WC und eine große Wohnküche mit Kochinsel. Insgesamt befinden sich drei Kachelöfen in der Wohnung neben der normalen Heizung, wovon einer funktioniert, die anderen sind Zierde. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr groß, geräumig und schön geschnitten. Im Dachboden gibt es noch zusätzlich Stauraum in einem eigenen Abteil.
Die wunderschöne, sehr helle Altbauwohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock sehr zentral einige Gehminuten vom Mirabellplatz gelegen. Dort fahren Busse in fast alle Richtungen in Salzburg. Auch die Altstadt ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Wir ziehen als Jungfamilie aus der Wohnung, deshalb kann sich eine ganz neue WG hier bilden
Besichtigung ist ab Montag möglich.
