für Zwischenmiete vorerst bis Februar/März 2017 (kann evtl. verlängert werden):
1,5 Zimmer in 2-3er WG auf St. Pauli:
ca. 12qm + ca. 8qm für 380,- warm inkl. Strom und Internet
Beide Zimmer sind teilmöbliert, Bett, Tisch, Sofa und einiges mehr ist vh.
Die Küche ist mit Herd, Spüle, Waschmaschine usw. ausgestattet.
Es gibt kein Kellerabteil/Dachboden.
Die Whg. befindet sich am Hein-Köllisch-Platz, unter der Woche ruhig, am WE etwas lauter, aber noch erträglich (keine Kiez-Atmosphäre). Zur S-Bahn Reeperbahn sind es 5 min, zur Elbe (und zum Park Fiction) etwas weniger.
Einkaufgelegenheiten: Kiosk und Apotheke vor der Haustür, Supermärkte an der Reeperbahn (5 min), oder Talstr. (10 min).
Wir sind zwei M, Mitte 40/Anfang 50, beide im akademischen Feld berufstätig, mit abwechselnden Anwesenheiten in der Woche (Pendeln nach Berlin) und an einigen Wochenenden (Pendeln von Nürnberg). Also fast eine 2er-WG.
Gesucht wird jemand jenseits der 30, zuverlässig, politisch interessiert und am angenehmen Zusammenwohnen ohne hohe Interaktionsdichte interessiert - natürlich mit WG-Erfahrung.
