Ich vermiete ein möbliertes Zimmer mit Hochbett und Dachterrasse (Grundfläche 12qm + 3 qm Hochbett + 10qm Dachterrasse nur für dich) im schönen und fluglärmfreien Viertel Dornbusch, Küche (mit Spülmaschine) und Bad (mit Waschmaschine) in Mitbenutzung. Bundesbank und Unicampus Westend sind in Laufnähe, zur U-Bahn-Haltestelle Dornbusch mit der U1, 2, 3 und 8 sind es 4 Gehminuten und nach nur drei Ampeln ist man auf dem Autobahnzubringer Miquelallee.
In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufs- und Ausgehmöglichkeiten, das Dichterviertel lädt zum Spazieren ein, joggen kann man im Grüneburgpark und zum Fahrradfahren ist man schnell an der Nidda.
Ansonsten erhoffe und biete ich ein unkompliziertes, entspanntes, respektvolles und freundliches Miteinander, gerne auch mit berufstätigen Menschen etwa in meinem Alter. und Wochenendheimfahrer.
