Da ich mit meinem Freund zusammen ziehe, suche ich einen unkomplizierten und freundlichen Nachmieter(in) für mein wunderbares WG-Zimmer in einer 2er WG in Zürich Altstetten ab Mitte Juli. Das Zimmer ist etwa 14 qm gross und super hell. Unser grosses Wohn- und Esszimmer mit offener Küche (mit Spülmaschine!) und die Zimmer sind mit Pakett ausgelegt und es gibt einen sehr sonnigen und recht grossen Balkon. Das Badezimmer hat ein eigenes Fenster und ist sehr modern. Im Keller gibt es noch einen Abstellraum, in dem du ungenutze Möbel oder Kisten unterbringen kannst.
As I decided to move in with my boyfried I am now looking to sublease my wonderful WG-room in a 2-room shared appartment in Zurich Altstetten, from mid June.
Unsere Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, denn in 10 Minuten ist man am HBF oder in der Natur (Werdinsel), wo man den Sommer super geniessen kann. Auch sind viele Universitäten nicht weit entfernt (z.B. ETH Höngg Campus).
The appartment is very well located, in 10 minutes you are at main station as well as in nature to enjoy summer to the fullest. University and supermarkets are not far neuther.
Deine Mitbewohnerin Theodora ist 27 Jahre alt, sehr offen und unkompliziert. Das WG-Leben war bisher immer wirklich angenehm und wir haben ab und zu mal was zusammen unternommen oder gekocht, aber man kann auch jederzeit seine Ruhe haben, wenn man möchte. Am besten du meldest dich einfach bei uns und lernst unsere Wohnung kennen.
Your flatmate Theodora is 27 years old, open-minded and friendly. We also cooked together sometimes or went for a hike, however one can have privacy if needed. You can simply take an appointment and come visit our place.
