We have a fully furnished room with a king size bed, bedside table, two cupboards, chair, desk and and clothes rack available to rent, long term (minimum stay 6 months - preferably longer, contract won't be limited to any fixed time period).
Available to move in either from 1st of April or earlier.
The room is located on the second floor of a 104m2 duplex apartment. There is a spacious dining room, fully equipped kitchen, one full bathroom with shower and tub, plus an additional toilet. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available to use.
The rent is for one person only and includes heating, water, electricity, internet and broadcasting fee.
Because I have had a few people ask before:
You will receive a proper rental contract and be able to officially register at our address and have your name on the letter box.
The apartment is surrounded by small buildings, the area is very quiet and green and a beautiful lake is literally just around the corner.
The S-Bahn stop (and town center with shops and amenities) can be reached in 5 minutes by bike, Munich central station is only 20 minutes away by train. We are very well connected to both A8 and A99 highways.
Please only get in touch if you are truly interested in this particular room and location (please look it up on Google maps and/or the MVV map to be sure it suits your needs - the map on WG-Gesucht isn't showing the correct location). We would like to avoid no-shows or people cancelling viewing appointments at the last minute because they were not aware that we are not located at Marienplatz.

We are a working couple in our 30ies who is renting out two rooms within our family home.
So we are not a typical flat share, definitely not a partying place but rather calm people with international backgrounds, non smokers who enjoy their rest after a long day at work but also enjoy a nice chat.
We share weekly cleaning chores and leave things tidy and clean after we have used them.
We are looking for someone who is also a non smoker and who treats the flat and the things in it with care and who respects other people's privacy and personal items and who is willing to clean up after him/herself and maintain a reasonable standard of hygiene, especially in the kitchen and bathroom.
