The apartment, entirely with oak parquet has an open kitchen right next to a 45sqm fully furnished living room separated partially by a wall. The 15sqm balcony is perfectly suitable to relax and for BBQs. 2 separate bathrooms including bathtub or shower and a small toilet provide enough room for everybody.
