da mein Mitbewohner kurzfristig die 2er WG verlässt suche ich einen Nachfolger/Nachfolgerin. Das Zimmer wäre ab 01.10. frei (in Absprache mit ihm/uns auch früher)
3 ZKB, 83 qm (2 WG Zimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer, der Flur wurde zum Esszimmer umfunktioniert da dieser vergleichsweise groß ist). Gemeinschaftsräume sind voll möbliert, dein eigenes Zimmer ist unmöbliert. Waschmaschine und Keller vorhanden. Hausreinigung inkl.. Für alle Gehfaulen gibt es sogar einen Fahrstuhl ;).
Die Wohnung liegt in den E Quadraten. Bahnhaltestelle fast vor der Tür. Wenig Durchgangsverkehr.
490€ Warm inkl. Nebenkosten und Internet. Gerne auch Berufstätige!
