Meine Wohnung befindet sich im ruhigeren Teil von El Arenal und bietet einen tollen Meerblick vom Wohnzimmer aus.
Das Bett und die Matratzen in dem Zimmer sind Nagelneu und unbenutzt, das Gästebadezimmer , Wohnraum sowie die Küche sind ebenfalls Kernsaniert.
Es sind keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß um die beliebte Flaniermeile ( Playa de Palma,Ballermann ) zu erreichen. Das Stadtzentrum und der Flughafen sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Supermarkt wie Mercadona sind auch in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Busse nach Palma sind auch unmittelbar zur Verfügung die alle 10- 15 Minuten nach Palma fahren.
In der WG leben meine Wenigkeit (Eddy 23) und mein Bruder ( Monty 21 ).
Wir sind sehr aufgeschlossen und sehr reinlich. Jeder kann sich ohne Probleme in sein Reich zurückziehen und seine Privatsphäre wird ihm auch gelassen.
