Das Zimmer ist etwa 16qm groß, fast quadratisch und durch die großen Fenster sehr hell. Bei Intresse kann der Schrank mit übernommen werden. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und bietet genügend Platz für gesellige Abende. Das Bad ist zwar nicht das schönste, hat dafür aber eine Badewanne.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral zwischen Rhein-Neckar-Straße und Luisenplatz. Man ist also schnell in der Stadt aber auch innerhalb von 7 Minuten am Bahnhof. Mit Bus und Bahn braucht man nicht lange zur h_da und TU. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es mehrere Supermärkte (Alnatura, Netto, REWE). Die Innenstadt ist darüber hinaus super zum Shoppen geeignet. Unten im Haus ist eine kleine Kneipe. Allerdings bekommt man davon meist nur am Wochenende wirklich etwas mit.
Ich bin Marc, 26 und seit Oktober berufstätig. Vorher habe ich einen Master in Informatik gemacht. Das WG-Leben stelle ich mir eher entspannt vor. Gerne können wir mal zusammen kochen und zu einem gemeinsamen Bier sage ich auch nicht nein. Der Putzplan sollte ab und zu eingehalten werden.
Die hohe Abschlagzahlung ist hauptsächlich für Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank, welche wir erst vor Kurzem gekauft haben.
Falls du Interesse hast, schreib einfach ein paar Sätze zu dir. Besichtigungstermine wären hauptsächlich am Wochenende oder abends möglich.
