Hey WG-suchende,
wir bieten ein 17qm Zimmer (15qm + 2qm Balkon) im 8. Stock eines Hochhauses im Süden von Erlangen-Bruck an.
Das Zimmer hat einen schönen Schnitt und einen super Blick über Erlangen. Die Bushaltestelle Max-Planck-Straße ist zu Fuß ca. 3 min. entfernt. Zur S-Bahn Bruck sind es zu Fuß 15 min. Mit dem Bike sind es 15 min. in die Erlanger Innenstadt und max. 10 min zur Techfak.
Wir sind eine 3er WG und einer zieht aufgrund eines Jobwechsels um.
Wir beide sind 25 und 31 Jahre alt, studieren und arbeiten in Erlangen und Nürnberg. Die Bude ist schon ein bisschen älter, hat aber ne gute Ausstattung (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Badewanne, separates WC) und einen super Ausblick über Erlangen und Nürnberg. Die Gemeinschaftsräume (Bad/WC, Küche und Flur) wurden erst vor wenigen Monaten renoviert.
Freuen uns auf einen unkomplizierten Mitbewohner der sein Leben macht und wenn er Bock hat mal ein Bierchen mit uns trinkt.
