Mein Mitbewohner zieht aus unserer Altbau-TraumWG in Kreuzberg aus. Daher habe ich zwei Zimmer an eine Person zu vergeben. Die Zimmer sind verbunden, daher nicht einzeln zu vermieten. Das große Zimmer hat ca 26 qm2 und das zweite ca 17 qm2, insgesamt also 42 qm2. Ideal für jemanden, der selbstständig ist oder von zu Hause arbeitet und einen getrennten Arbeits-/Wohnbereich und einen Schlafbereich möchte. Es gibt in einen Zimmer wunderschönes Fischgrätenparkett, riesige Fenster, Flügeltüren, Stuck en masse...Die Wände dürfen selbstverständlich weiß gestrichen werden. Es besteht die Möglichkeit ein paar Möbel zu übernehmen, unmöbliert geht aber auch. Das kleinere Zimmer geht zum Hof raus und ist daher ruhig. Die Dielen in dem Zimmer, sowie im Flur sind erst vor ein paar Monaten frisch abgezogen worden. Das Bad ist groß und hell mit Badewanne. Die Küche ist recht klein aber gut ausgestattet.
Von meinem Zimmer geht ein kleiner Balkon ab, den du auch nutzen könntest.
Ich bin an einem warmen, vertrauten, freundschaftlichen, sauberen, respektvollen WG-Leben interessiert. Hunde mag ich auch.
I am renting out two big beautiful rooms to rent out long term in my flat shareThe rooms are connected so they have to be rented out to one person. You can take over a couple of pieces of furniture or have it completly unfurnited. Of course you could paint over the blues walls as well ;) Ideal for somebody who works/ creates from home, and is looking for a living/ working space and a separat bed room. It's 42 qm2 in total! very beautiful Altbau in good condition.
It would be only the two of us living here, so I am looking for a friendly, warm, homey flat atmosphere. I like dogs, too.

Direkt am Gräfekiez, 10 Gehminuten zum Paul-Linke/ Maybachufer, 2 Gehminuten zur Hasenheide. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Restaurants, alles, was das Herz begehrt vorhanden. 3 Minuten mit dem Bus zum Hermannplatz.
The most beautiful area of Kreuzberg in Gräfekiez. Ten minutes walking distance to the canal, two minutes to Hasenheide.
