Hallo an alle,
Ich ziehe aus meiner WG aus und damit wird ein Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist ca. 15-17 Quadratmeter groß und wird teilmöbliert übergeben. Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss. Im Zimmer bleiben ein Schlafsofa (mit Matratze und Überzug) sowie ein dreitüriger Kleiderschrank von IKEA. Wir können gemeinsam noch überlegen, ob ich evtl. meinen Schreibtisch (mit Schubladenelementen, 10 Schubladen), einen Sessel, 2 Lampen und ein kleines Regal drin lasse. Im Zimmer gibt es Deckenleuchten, deren Helligkeit eingestellt werden kann. Ein großes Fenster (mit passender Jalousie) sorgt für frische Luft und der schwarz geflieste Boden ist sehr pflegeleicht.

My name is Aditya and I am working near Mannheim after completing my studies here at the University of Mannheim. I am moving out of my current WG, which makes the room up for taking. The room is around 15-17 square metres. It's on the top floor and would be handed over as partially furnished. It would consist of one sofa-cum bed (with mattress and cover) and a 3 door wardrobe (IKEA). On negotiation I could leave behind my table (with 10 drawers), relaxing chair, 2 lamps and a small closet too. The room is equipped with sky lighting with adequate brightness and a big window (with window blinds) for some fresh air inside. The floor is black tiled which is very easy to clean and maintain.
Die Wohnung ist in den Quadraten und somit besonders für Studenten super gelegen. Die Uni-Gebäude B6 und A5 sind direkt um die Ecke und auch Schloss und Paradeplatz sind in 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Parkplatz. Da keiner der aktuellen Bewohner ein Auto hat, kann dieser kostenlos genutzt werden. Außerdem gibt es einen Kellerraum und im Innenhof gibt es viel Platz, um Fahrräder abzustellen.
Die Bushaltestelle Universität West (für den Bus 60) ist in 2 Minuten zu erreichen und zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle MA Rathaus läuft man 5 Minuten. Auch Supermärkte sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen (Netto 5 Minuten und Aldi 7 Minuten). Der Jungbusch ist auch nicht weit, dort ist man in 10 Minuten hingelaufen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich spitze und auch einer der Sachen, die mir an der Wohnung am besten gefallen haben.
The apartment is in the squares and is at one of the most convenient locations in the city, especially if you're a student. University buildings B6 and A5 are just 2 mins away, whereas Schloss and Paradeplatz are just 7 mins away by foot. The apartment has one car parking spot for each flat. Since none of the present members own a car, you could use this spot without paying anything extra. The apartment also has a basement storage space and adequate space both inside and outside to park bikes.
Bus 60 can be taken from the University West stop, which is 2 mins away and the nearest tram stop, MA Rathaus is just 5 mins away. There are many approachable supermarkets in the vicinity with Netto being 5 mins and Aldi 7 mins away. Moreover, Jungbusch is also close by, just 10 mins on foot. The apartment's location is just amazing and one of the things I liked about it the most.
Im Moment sind wir zu dritt in der WG. Merve studiert Wirtschaftsinformatik und Silviya ist Erasmus-Studentin, beide sind an der Uni Mannheim. Wir treffen uns zum Feiern, Kochen oder gehen auch gerne zusammen etwas trinken.
Beide sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und immer für gemeinsame Aktivitäten zu haben. Die Wohnung hat auch ein großes Wohnzimmer, in dem auch mal eine kleine Party (etwa 15 Leute) Platz findet.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und hat sogar eine Spülmaschine. Außerdem natürlich alle anderen Elektrogeräte wie Kühlschrank, Abzugshaube und Ofen sowie Geschirr und Besteck etc.
Im Bad gibt es eine Waschmaschine und eine Badewanne. Die Wohnung ist schön hell und durch viele Fenster kann sie gut und einfach gelüftet werden.
Currently we are 3 people living in the apartment. Merve is a full-time Business Informatics student and Silviya is an Erasmus student at the University of Mannheim. We meet each other for parties, cooking and go out for drinks quite often. Both my flat-mates are very friendly, helpful and are always up for interesting stuff to do together. The apartment has a living room which is quite spacious to organize a small get-together/party with 15 people, I'd say.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator and dishwasher (along with other things like electric stove, chimney, utensils, cutlery etc.).
Whereas the washroom is equipped with a bathtub and washing machine. The apartment is bright and has several windows to keep it well-ventilated.
