Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 25 Quadratmeter groß und liegt im vierten Stock auf der Südseite einer vor 3 Jahren komplett renovierten Wohnung. Es ist dementsprechend hell und man hat einen Blick über die Dächer Wiens und in den grünen Innenhof. Es ist komplett möbliert mit Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Schrank, und einem Bett. :). Der Blick über die Dächer Wiens ist erstaunlich atemberaubend :)
Tja, was soll man dazu noch viel sagen: ganz zentrale Lage und alles Wichtige in unmittelbarer Nähe. Den Ring erreicht man zu Fuß in etwa 12 Minuten, ums Eck fahren die Linien 2, 5, 33, 46 und U6. Billa, Hofer, Zielpunkt, Spar und Apotheke sind maximal 5 Minuten entfernt. :)
Die WG ist eine gute Mischung aus Zusammensein und Privatsphäre. Man setzt sich ab und zu am Abend auf ein Feierabendbier zusammen oder kocht gemeinsam. Wenn man mal seine Ruhe braucht, ist das aber auch ok.
Es gibt einen Putzplan, bei dem jeder einen Gemeinschaftsbereich (Bad, Küche, WC, Gang) putzt, im Wochenrhythmus wird gewechselt.
