Hello, I'm a student from Germany and I've been studying in Dublin for two years. I am looking for a house together with my two working friends (female 24, male 22). However, I am also interested in houses for a different number of people. My parents would pay the rent and provide the guarantor. I am happy to provide references on your salary and my current location upon request. I would like to rent from now on or from August at the latest and also for an unlimited period, as I am looking for a place to stay long term (minimum 1 year, ideally 4 years).
