I am a student coming from FuDan University in China .I am 28 years old. I will study in Tropos Institute between 2017/12/1-2018/3/30. I want to share a house with student(female). I hope the price is about 300Euro(it's better include electricity fee), it should include heater or aircondition and washmachine，furniture,kitchen,shower. it's better not too far from Tropos(Permoserstraße 15 04318 Leipzig), but not necessary, if the traffic is convenient is also ok.
