Moving from London to Trier

I am looking for an apartment or house in Trier . I would like to find a 2-4 bedroom, 2 bath and close to city center, or within 5-10 miles away. Like to find a furnish place if possible.
I need to know the total price including bills. And deposit. I plan to move in October and I am looking for long term 1-2 years.

Like to find an owner or rental company to lease from. I am in London now and can come to look at the place 1st week of October. Please send me pictures and information on the place.

I own a company in London and will open an Office in Trier. I also will be hiring part-time marketing help, 10-20 hrs. week, can work at home. Must speaker English, Germany and other languages would be a Plus.
