Mit großen Fenstern ist das Zimmer besonders nachmittags wunderschön mit natürlichem Licht beleuchtet.

We are looking for a new tenant for our WG. The room is approximately 15 m2 surface area with a spacious balcony. It has a comfortable bed, a big wardrobe, a table with an office chair, a commode and a carpet. The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs, which offers a view to the behind of the building. With large windows, the room is beautifully illuminated with natural light, especially in the afternoons.
The apartment has 2 rooms, a kitchen, a balcony and a bathroom. It is fully equipped with essential amenities, including a dishwasher and a washing machine.

The location is near Kaiserplatz. A bus stop (Augustastraße) is located just in front of the building's entrance. It only takes about 5 minute walking to reach Aquis Plaza. The central train station is only 10 minutes away. Supermarkets such as Rewe and Netto are also located within a short walking distance of approximately 5 minutes.
Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner Deniz studiert Maschinenbau an der RWTH. Er ist eine entspannte, verständnisvolle und unkomplizierte Person, die gerne in seiner Freizeit Computerspiele spielt, Sport treibt und Gitarre spielt. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung ist uns wichtig, daher erwarten wir, dass die gemeinsamen Räume ordentlich und sauber gehalten werden.
