The room comes fully furnished. All the furnitures you see in the pictures are included in the room(there is also one more table). The decorations, however, are not included. All the furniture in the room cost 450 Euros. If you plan on only staying for 6 months then you dont need to pay for it. The room is very large and spacious at 20 m2. The kitchen comes fully equipped, so you do not have to worry about anything. The apartment contains 2 balconies. One is accessed from the kitchen and the other is accessed from my room. The kitchen is fairly big, so it is not going to be a problem for inviting people for a cookout. The apartment has the shower and the toilet separate (which is a plus). There is also a washing machine inside the apartment. The price of 450 Euros includes everything(rent, internet, GEZ etc etc). You will not have to pay anything else.
The room is very central. The main bus station is only 1 minute away. The RWTH main building is only a 10 min walk away, or you can take the bus which only takes 3 min. If you study at the FH you can take the bus from the main bus station and is direct. Everything you need for daily use, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, drugstores, restaurants are all within 2-3 min walking distance. The Elisenbrunnen is a 5 min walk away and the cathedral only 7 min away.
My name is Deniz, and I have been living in Aachen for two years and a half. I am currently doing a double Masters Degree, namely Computer Science and Data Science, so I will be in the library quite often :). I am looking for people who would like to do things together, watching movies, go to bars or restaurants etc etc etc. If you like going to the library too then thats going to be a plus on my side :). I also would like a clean apartment, so we can do a cleaning plan in order to keep to that. Theres a storage room in the apartment and in the basement. There is a bike shed on the ground floor.
