Ein schönes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss. Es gibt auch zwei Katzen in der Wohnung. Eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine gibt es auch.

Am besten kommst du einfach kurz für eine Besichtigung vorbei.

Es kostet 500€ im Monat mit allem drum und dran.

Ich freue mich schon darauf dich kennen zu lernen.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Direkt neben einem Lidl (Supermarkt). Bushaltestellen und der Hauptbahnhof sind auch in der Nähe. Es gibt einen großen Park in der Nähe wo man hindurch spazieren kann oder joggen wenn man das bevorzugt. Es ist eine relativ ruhige Gegend mit friedlichen Anwohnern. Hier fühlt man sich wohl.

In der Wohnung leben ich (Ben) zur Zeit alleine mit 2 Katzen (Jaja und Ninny). Ich bin berufstätig und unter der Woche meistens unterwegs.
Ich liebe Kunst in jeglicher Form und als Ausgleich Bewegung. Z.b. Tischtennis, Basketball oder Frisbee.
Ich fände es super wenn du auch ein paar interessante Hobbies hast.

Es wäre fantastisch wenn du Yoga machst.
Das möchte ich nämlich als nächstes lernen.
Wenn nicht ist es aber auch nicht schlimm.

Wenn du Interesse hast, solltest du an einem Nachmittag, einfach mal vorbeikommen. Dann können wir uns kennenlernen und du kannst dir einen Eindruck von der Wohnung machen.
