Wir wünschen uns eine herzliche, entspannte Person zwischen 30 und 65 mit Liebe für Hof und gerne auch für die Solawi. Das Zimmer im liebevoll sanierten Altbau ist 10qm groß. Die Wohnung hat 160qm. Gemeinschaftlich genutzte Räume sind Wohnzimmer, Küche, 2 Bäder, Gästetoilette, Gästezimmer und Büro. Es gibt eine Terrasse, den Innenhof und einen Parkplatz. Warmmiete incl. Strom, Telefon und GEZ ist 567,50 €
Unser Hof liegt mitten in den Wiesen in Vaalserquartier und 2 Min. zur Bushaltestelle. Mit dem Rad ist man in 15 Min. am Bahnhof.
Berufstätigen-WG. Einmal die Woche ist einer von uns dran mit kochen. Gelegentlich unternehmen wir Dinge gemeinsam oder machen uns einen netten Abend zu hause.
