My name is David, I'm 22 years old and I'm a student of architecture, I'm Italian, I speak English. I am looking for a room, in a house to share with a maximum of 5 people (preferably men) for a maximum price of 350 euros, including expenses, with furniture (bed and desk minimum) preferably RWTH area, or at most 5 km from the university. I would be happy if there was a balcony or a garden or a common area in order to spend time with the roommates
I would like a house from October 1st for 2/3 months (because I'm waiting for a place in a dormitory, but if I was well I'm willing to stay)
I am friendly I like cooking and spending time with friends, I am attentive to the house cleaning and respectful of the house that will host me.
