das Einfamilienhaus hat 8 Zimmer. im Erdgeschoss befinden sich Gäste-WC, mein Zimmer und ein großes Wohn-Esszimmer mit offener Küche. Von dort kann man auch in den Garten. Im 1. Stock sind ein Gästezimmer, das Zimmer meines Sohnes, das Zimmer meiner Mieterin und das zu vermietende Zimmer sowie ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne
Das Haus befindet sich am östlichen Ortsrand in einer Wohnsiedlung, mit Blick auf die Weinberge und der Firma Bosch.
Zur Bushaltestelle braucht man ca. 5 min.
Im Industriegebiet von Abstatt gibt es eine CAP- Markt und einen Aldi ca. 10-15 min zu Fuß.
Unser WG Leben besteht ab Mai nur mit mir und meinem Sohn, der aber nur am Wochenende zu Hause ist.
Ich selbst mache Momentan auch eine Ausbildung.
In der Vergangenheit hatte ich mit den Mitbewohnern immer eine unkomplizierte und offene Atmosphäre, die auf gegenseitigem Vertrauen und Respekt basiert.
An den Wochenenden erhalte ich gelegentlich Besuch von meinen Kindern und Enkeln.
