Ich such nach Mieter für meine Zimmer .Die ist auf Zwei Teile geteilt. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer.
Auf meine Etage sind es 160qm. Hier wohnen 2 Mädschen und ein Junge
Es besteht eine gute Bahn und Bus Verbindung nach Aachen , Stolberg und Eschwriler. Das Haus ist sehr Zentrale und gebt es gute Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Sie brauchen vom Haus bis Aachen West 30min mit dem Zug oder 40min bis Aachen Bushof.
Wir haben ein ganzeshaus für uns, die auf 2 Etagen geteilt sind. Hier sind alle in der Ausbildung oder Studinten oder auch Berufstätig . Auf die 2 Etage wohnen 3 Jungs und ein Mädschen.
Strom kostet 40€ und Internet 7.50€. Wie die auf die Bildern zu sehen ist, sind ein par Möbelen im Winter Garten Kostenlos zu Verfügung gestellt.
HaustierenHaustiere sind erlaub nur nach Absprachen mit die Mitbewohner Mitbewohnerin .Ps: 295€ ist Warm Miete
