Leider muss ich zum 01.05.22 meine geliebte teilmöblierte Einzimmerwohnung im Alsdorf aufgeben.
Das Zimmer ist mit hell Beleuchtung und mit einem großen Fernster ausgestattet. Die Heizung in der Wohnung sind neu installiert und funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Wände sind auch neue gestrichen. In der Wohnung befinden sich schon eine Küche, eine Waschmaschine und Kühlschränke.
Das Haus liegt in 3-4 min zu Fuß von Bushaltestellen und 10 min zu Fuß von Alsdorf-Annapark (Zughaltestelle). Die Fahrt nach Aachen für Studierende lässt sich einfach einplanen und erreichen. Die Supermärkten (Aldi, Kaufland und Netto) liegen bei ca. 8 min zu Fuß von Haus.
Die WG besteht aktuell aus 02 Personen. Ein Frau und ein Mann und die sind beide Studenten.
In den Nebenkosten sind schon Heiz- und Stromkosten inklusiv. 7€ wird auch für Internetkosten verlangt.
