Ich bin Annette, 59 Jahre und suche eine Mitbewohnerin für mein Einfamilienhaus in Pfäffingen. Ich wohne aktuell allein, da meine Kinder bereits ausgezogen sind. Das Haus ist für mich alleine zu groß und ich würde mich über eine nette Mitbewohnerin freuen. Das angebotene Zimmer liegt im Keller meines Einfamilienhauses und ist über einen eigenen Zugang zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Sessel und einem großen Regal ausgestattet. Außerdem habe ich das Zimmer erst vor kurzem streichen lassen. Im Keller befinden sich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner die selbstverständlich mitbenutzt werden dürfen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Küche, die wir uns teilen würden. Ein Stockwerk drüber liegt das Bad, was ebenfalls für die gemeinsame Benutzung gedacht ist. Auch die Terrasse darf sehr gern genutzt werden.

The room is spacious and equipped with a bed, wardrobe, desk, armchair, and a large shelf. Additionally, I recently had the room painted. In the basement, there is a washing machine and a dryer that can be used, of course. On the ground floor, there is the kitchen that we would share. One floor above is the bathroom, which is also intended for shared use. The terrace may also be used.
Das Haus liegt in Pfäffingen einem Teilort der Gemeinde Ammerbuch. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, die Natur ist in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Trotzdem ist die Anbindung nach Tübingen gut, Tübingen HBF ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit der Ammertalbahn zu erreichen. Die Bahnstation ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, mit dem Fahrrad benötigt man etwa 5 Minuten. Mit dem Auto sind es etwa 15 Minuten nach Tübingen. Besonders schön ist der Fahrradweg, man braucht etwa 20-30 Minuten um Tübingen zu erreichen. Pfäffingen hat eine sehr gute Infrastruktur, man bekommt alles was man fürs tägliche Leben braucht.

Nevertheless, the connection to Tübingen is good, Tübingen central station can be reached within 10 minutes by the Ammertalbahn. The train station can be reached within 10 minutes on foot, and by bike, it takes about 5 minutes. By car, it is about 15 minutes to Tübingen. The bike path is particularly beautiful, and it takes about 20-30 minutes to reach Tübingen. Pfäffingen has an well developed infrastructure, you get everything for your daily life here.
Ich arbeite als Sonderpädagogin in Vollzeit. Ich vermiete das Zimmer als Zwecks-WG, ein wirkliches WG-Leben wird es daher wahrscheinlich nicht geben. Ich wünsche mir trotzdem eine nette und kommunikative Mitbewohnerin, mit der das Zusammenleben unkompliziert ist. Wenn es sich ergibt bin ich immer für ein Pläuschchen zu haben.
I work full-time as a special education teacher. I am renting out the room as a purpose-built shared flat, so there probably won't be a real shared flat life.
