Von außen sieht das Haus etwas alt aus, doch die WG ist in einem modernen Zustand. Die WG erstreckt sich über das 1. und 2. OG, wo wir jeweils ein Bad und eine Toilette haben. Zwei Küchen haben wir ebenfalls. Dein Zimmer liegt im 1. OG und hat einen direkten Balkonzugang.
Man kommt von der WG schnell nach Pfäffingen zum Bahnhof. Von da aus ist man dann innerhalb kürzester Zeit in Tübingen.
Wir sind ein bunt gemischter Trupp aus Studierenden, aber auch nicht-studenten leben hier. Uns ist es wichtig hier gemeinsam ohne viel Stress zu wohnen und, dass alle zufrieden sind. Daher versuchen wir über alle ankommenden Probleme einfach zu reden.
Evtl. wird in unserer WG bald ein Hund einziehen. Daher wäre es von Vorteil, wenn du keine Hundehaarallergie hast, bzw. anderweitig Probleme mit einem Hund hättest.
Außerdem sind bei uns noch 2 weitere Zimmer frei, die etwas weniger kosten. Bei Anfragen, gerne auch hier bewerben.
