Quiet 2-3 room apartment with balcony.
Upon entering the apartment there is a fully fitted kitchen with induction hobs, microwave and fridge/freezer.
On the opposite side of the entrance is the first bedroom with a single bed, a wardrobe and a desk.
The second and third bedrooms with a sofa/double bed are accessed to the left of the kitchen.
This room is separated from the second bedroom by a wall (about 1 meter shorter than the ceiling).
The second bedroom has a 120 cm bed, a desk and a wardrobe.
From this bedroom you can access the balcony overlooking the courtyard and the quiet street.
Between the 3 bedrooms is the bathroom with shower and the washing machine.

It's the perfect solution for 3 students who want to share a simple apartment but in a great location!
The location is great and really couldn't be better:

The apartment has a living room and three rooms, but a room with a TV and a sofa can be converted into a living room if it is to be shared by two people or rented by a single person. All facilities are to be used jointly by the tenants. The kitchen is well equipped and you have both washing machines and dryers for your laundry.
The bathroom and toilets are shared by both tenants.
Since both tenants are supposed to share the available facilities, it's good to have them on good terms.
All additional costs and GEZ are already included in the indicated rent.
