Hallo,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer in Aurich. (Wiesenstr. 74)
Das Zimmer hat ca. 12 m², die sind allerdings gut ausgenutzt, sodass man noch etwas Platz zum Leben hat ;)
Das Zimmer ist bereits voll möbliert. Du bekommst mit dem Zimmer ein Bett (2x90cm), ein Kleiderschrank, einen schlichten Ikeasessel, eine ausziehbare Schreibtischplatte, Lampen, Rollo einen kleinen Fernsehr etc.
Je nach dem, was du davon behalten möchtest, wird eine kleine Ablöse fällig.
Nun zur WG: Ich habe zwei berufstätige Mitbewohner, wir haben ein Wohn/Esszimmer, in dem abends auch mal ab und an ein Bierchen getrunken wird. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Mirkowelle und einem neuem Herd. Einmal pro Woche kommt eine Putzfrau, an der du dich bei Bedarf beteiligen kannst. (20€ pro Monat).
Wir haben eine Waschmaschine, einen Trockner, Keller und Dachboden und alles was dazu gehört.
Alle weiteren Fragen klären wir am besten bei einem Besichtigungstermin.
